The summer of 2018 was the first time I visited Japan. While my sister and I were able to navigate between Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka effortlessly, I still wish I knew the language to better communicate with the locals. Since then, I've returned to Japan 3 more times before actually committing to Japanese classes in May 2024.
Here, I will attempt to track everything I've learned so far, and my study habits that will help me pass the N4 or N5 this summer 2026.
The JLPT exam focuses on 3 areas: Vocabulary, Grammar and Listening.
